Car Jiyo – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Car Jiyo, your professional car washing service. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, app, and any related communication. By using our services, booking a car wash, or providing your details, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Car Jiyo provides car washing and detailing services, which may include:

Service packages and inclusions (prices, scope, and duration) are as displayed on our website, app, or booking platform. Changes to packages will be notified in advance.

2. Booking and Appointments

Bookings can be made via our website, app, phone call, WhatsApp, or in‑person at our outlet.

You agree to provide accurate vehicle details (registration number, model, condition) and preferred date/time.

Mobile/onsite bookings may depend on route availability and traffic; we will notify you promptly if there are delays or rescheduling needs.

We may cancel or reschedule your appointment in case of extreme weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances; you will be informed as early as possible.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are displayed clearly on our platform. Any extra charges (e.g., severe dirt, special detailing, or additional services requested) will be communicated and agreed before proceeding.

Payment may be taken online (UPI, card, net banking) or in cash at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in a packaged or corporate plan.

Discounts, offers, and coupons are valid only as per the stated terms and are non‑transferable.

4. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibilities

You must ensure your vehicle is accessible for the wash and that doors/trunk are unlocked as required for the booked service.

Remove all loose or valuable items from the car before the wash. Car Jiyo is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Inform our staff about any pre‑existing damage, interior stains, or mechanical issues to avoid misunderstandings about liability.

Neutralize the vehicle (parking brake off, gear to neutral, alarm off) where required for wash operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Car Jiyo will take reasonable care while cleaning your vehicle, but we are not liable for:

Our liability for any claim arising from the services shall be limited to the amount paid for that specific service, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend that you inspect your vehicle immediately after the wash and raise any concerns with staff on the spot.

6. Cancellations and No‑Shows

If you cancel a booking within [X] hours before the scheduled time (or as per our policy), no cancellation fee may apply.

If you repeatedly cancel or fail to turn up without prior notice, we may restrict future bookings or charge a nominal cancellation fee.

For onsite/mobile services, if you are not present at the agreed location or time, the service may be treated as a no‑show and may be charged accordingly.

7. Refund and Dispute Policy

Refunds or service credits will be considered only if:

Car Jiyo will review each complaint fairly and may require photos, in‑person inspection, or additional information before deciding on a refund, adjustment, or re‑wash.

8. Data and Privacy

Personal and vehicle information collected during booking and service will be used only for order fulfillment, communication, and service improvement, as per our Privacy Policy.

You agree that we may contact you for service updates, feedback, or offers via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email, subject to your consent and opt‑out preferences.

9. Third‑Party and Outsourced Services

Car Jiyo may engage authorized technicians or third‑party partners for specific services or locations, but we remain responsible for overall service quality and adherence to these terms.

For any partner or outlet, similar terms apply unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be posted on our website/app with the updated date.

Your continued use of our services after such changes means you accept the revised terms.
